Colliers International Launches National Seniors Housing Practice Group

Competition in the seniors housing industry among giant real estate service providers is heating up as investor interest in the sector grows. Colliers International late last month announced the formation of a seniors housing practice group to be led by veteran broker Mark Silver, who most recently served with Jones Lang LaSalle as co-head of its national seniors housing group. In his new role as national director with Colliers International, Silver will oversee the day-to-day management and business development for the seniors housing practice group at Colliers and build its profile across the country.
