Houston CBD Tops Nation in Office Rent Growth

Office rent in downtown Houston increased 52.4% year-over-year in 2007 – the greatest gain of any central business district in the nation, according to Colliers International. “What was the strongest office market in 2007? I would have to say Houston,” says Ross Moore, senior vice president and director of market and economic research at Colliers’ office in Boston.
