Fast Track Process for LEED Certification Gets Green Lighted

Certifying a swath of retail stores, a hotel chain or even a portfolio of existing office or industrial buildings under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program just got a little easier. Developers and property owners now have the option of pursuing LEED for several properties at once through a streamlined process called volume certification.
